These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Skor88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Skor88 website located at https://skor88.buzz and all associated services, features, content, and products offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

Skor88 is an online casino and sports betting platform operating under international gaming licensing. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and governs your ongoing use of the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by you on the Skor88 platform, through which you access all Services.
• "Balance" means the total sum of funds held in your Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds (if applicable), and any winnings accrued.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or incentive amounts credited to your Account that are subject to specific wagering or rollover conditions as outlined in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual currency (denominated in Malaysian Ringgit or such other currency as the platform may support) deposited by you into your Account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed using Real Money Funds or Bonus Funds on a game outcome, sports event, or other gambling activity offered by the platform.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot title, live dealer game, sports betting market, lottery, arcade game, or any other gambling product accessible through the Services.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and address verification process required before processing withdrawals and for ongoing account compliance monitoring.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must bet before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Skor88 operates a strict minimum age policy of 21+ for all gambling activities. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close Accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own capacity and for your own personal use only.
• You must not be accessing the Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling, and Skor88 accepts no liability for your failure to do so.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme operated by Skor88 or any linked gambling platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting as an agent or proxy for any third party when creating an Account or placing Bets.

Each eligible individual may register a maximum of one (1) Account on the Skor88 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts (whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify Skor88 customer support immediately.

By accessing and using the Skor88 platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in strict accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that:

• All gambling activity on the platform involves inherent financial risk, and you accept full responsibility for any losses incurred.
• You will not use the platform to facilitate any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of prohibited activities.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not expressly authorised by Skor88.
• You will not attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any feature, promotion, or system vulnerability on the platform for financial gain in a manner contrary to the spirit and intent of the offered services.
• You will not engage in collusion with other players, including in live dealer games, sports betting, or any multiplayer game format offered on the platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any internet connection, device, or software you use to access the platform is secure and fit for purpose.

Skor88 reserves the right to monitor all activity on the platform for compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. Unusual patterns of play, suspicious transaction activity, or conduct inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling may result in Account review, suspension, or termination.

Skor88 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank, subject to availability and your KYC status.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per method, as detailed on the Cashier page. Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Skor88 does not accept third-party deposits — all deposit payment methods must be registered in your own name and consistent with your KYC documentation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification, the absence of unmet wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds, and confirmation that no fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity flags are associated with your Account. Indicative processing timelines are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. These timelines are indicative and may vary during periods of high volume or on public holidays.

All withdrawals must be directed to an account or payment method registered in your own name. Skor88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding account-level thresholds.

Skor88 may offer Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback offers, Free Spins, Referral Bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

General bonus conditions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated expiry window will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single bet limit applies. This is typically in the range of RM25 to RM50 per spin or per round, as specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets above this cap during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward completing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (including live casino) may contribute between 0% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap, representing the maximum amount of bonus-derived winnings eligible for withdrawal. Amounts exceeding this cap will be removed upon withdrawal request.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Skor88 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be offered to players in certain jurisdictions or to players who have previously abused promotions.

Skor88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has been credited to your Account as a result of a technical error or system malfunction, we reserve the right to reclaim those funds regardless of any wagering activity that may have occurred in the interim.

All betting and gaming activity on Skor88 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product or game type, which are published within the relevant game interface or product section. In cases of conflict, game-specific rules take precedence over these general Terms where they address the same point.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market and the stated odds at the time of bet placement. Odds may be subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Live in-play bets on sports events including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other markets are accepted subject to real-time availability. All unsettled bets remain valid as long as the relevant event proceeds to completion under its standard rules. Skor88 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that have been erroneously priced or that are subject to confirmed integrity concerns.

Casino and Slot Games: All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of Live Dealer games, by the live dealing of physical cards or spinning of a physical roulette wheel. All game results are final once a game round concludes. In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled in accordance with the platform's disconnection policy, which may result in the game outcome being determined based on the last confirmed game state.

Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits: Each game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum wager limits, displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted by Skor88 at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Skor88 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or using different devices or IP addresses to circumvent this restriction.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or ongoing account use.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer games or sports betting markets.
• Using any software, application, system, or device — including but not limited to bots, data scrapers, automated betting systems, or exploit scripts — to interact with the platform in ways not expressly permitted.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotions, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gambling activity.
• Attempting to launder money, finance illegal activities, or otherwise use the platform to facilitate financial crimes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Skor88 staff, other players, or any third party through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code, underlying infrastructure, or security systems of the platform.

Skor88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached, or there is reasonable suspicion of breach;
• The Account has been used in connection with fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• The Account holder is found to be under the age of 21, or eligibility criteria are otherwise not met;
• A request to self-exclude has been received by the platform;
• A court order or regulatory instruction requires Account suspension or closure;
• The Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Where an Account is closed due to verified breach of these Terms, Skor88 reserves the right to confiscate any outstanding balance, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, pending investigation. Where closure is due to inactivity or voluntary closure by the player, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned subject to KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing procedures.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any outstanding transactions or pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure request.

All content, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game engines, data, and other materials accessible through the Skor88 platform (collectively, "Platform Content") are the exclusive intellectual property of Skor88 or its licensed third-party providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or exploit any Platform Content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skor88 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Services.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Skor88 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In jurisdictions where limitations on implied warranties are not permitted, this clause applies to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Skor88's liability for death or personal injury arising from gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Skor88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that enable players to manage their gambling activity. The platform offers a suite of player protection tools, including account-level deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Skor88 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and Skor88 arising from your use of the Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the applicable licensing jurisdiction's regulatory framework.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Skor88 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
